What if I need to make changes to my WedPage after it is online?
Once your WedPage is finalized, updates can be made to your wedpage on a monthly basis.
Can I alter my package after purchase?
You can always add more pages or upgrade to the next package.
Do I have to provide the content for all pages at one time?
We understand that weddings are planned in stages. We will work with you to build your WedPage as the need arises.
How long will it take to develop the WedPage?
If you have selected a design from our design page, we can deliver your WedPage within 15 days of receiving your content. A more custom option may take a little longer.
How does the payment process work?
We require 50% of the total fee upfront and 50% once if becomes active.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer or cheque.
What if I am not happy with the WedPage?
We take pride in our work product and will try to accommodate your specific needs wherever possible. However, in the unlikely event that we can't resolve the problem, we will be more than happy to refund your deposit provided it is before the WedPage becomes active.
Do you allow advertising on my WedPage?
